Fyxer AI is an email and meeting assistant built for people whose job is mostly their inbox — founders, sales, consultants, account managers. It connects to Gmail or Outlook, sorts incoming mail into what needs a reply, what is FYI and what is marketing noise, writes reply drafts that match how you write, joins your calls and writes up the decisions and actions. It is good at that, and it is the kind of tool a company buys a seat of.
Yuki is a different shape of product. It also reads your Gmail, but the output is not a faster inbox — it is a calendar that already has your flights on it, a trip with the boarding passes attached, a list of the subscriptions quietly renewing, and the parcel that is arriving on Thursday. This page is the honest comparison, written by the team behind Yuki, including the ground where Fyxer is ahead.
The first thing to say, because it is the thing you came for
Yuki can use authorized Gmail message and thread context and a saved writing-style description when drafting. Review the available evidence and edit the draft before approving a send; a draft is not an autonomous follow-up.
What Yuki does ship for email today
- Extraction, for everyone: flights, hotels and trains become trips with an itinerary; receipts and renewal notices become tracked expenses and subscriptions; shipping mail becomes a delivery you can watch; invites become calendar events.
- Focus emails (Pro): a filtered list of the mail that actually needs you, with the newsletters, transactional noise and anything already turned into an event or expense hidden, plus dismiss and snooze.
- On-demand reply suggestions (Pro): tap "Suggest reply" on a Focus email and Yuki writes short options from the sender, subject and preview — choosing one shows the whole message and asks you to confirm before it sends.
- Nothing is sent without your approval. Reading a message or thread requires permission for the connected Gmail account.

Where Fyxer is ahead
Yuki can use the available thread context and saved style when drafting. Check the details yourself: a suggested reply is a starting point, not a guarantee that the assistant understood every message.
Outlook, second. Fyxer supports Gmail and Outlook, with Outlook Calendar, Teams and Zoom alongside Google's side. Yuki is Gmail-only. If you are on Microsoft 365, the comparison ends there.
Meetings, third. Fyxer's notetaker joins Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls and writes up the decisions and action items, with follow-up drafts after. Yuki has no meeting notetaker, no transcription and no plan to add one in this window — that is simply not the product.
And where you work, fourth. Fyxer lives inside Gmail and Outlook, so the draft is waiting where you were going to reply anyway. Yuki's Focus list is a screen in a separate app. For someone answering sixty emails a day, that distance is real friction.
On assurances, Fyxer publishes SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 alongside HIPAA and GDPR compliance. Yuki holds an independent CASA Tier 2 assessment from March 2026 but does not hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001. If you are buying for a company with a procurement checklist, that gap matters and it is Fyxer's.
Where Yuki is ahead
- It solves a different problem: the confirmations in your inbox become a calendar, a trip itinerary, a subscription list and an expense ledger, without you asking each time.
- It costs a month for a person rather than $30 a seat for an employee, with a 30-day trial that asks for no card against Fyxer's 7 days.
- It works for more than one person — couples, families, flatmates and trips, with shared tasks and lists, expense splitting and settle-up. Fyxer is one seat, one inbox.
- It keeps the people side: birthdays, occasions, who someone is to you and what you owe each other.
- For EU customers, email processing and Yuki's AI in the EU; 23 languages; and no training on your data.
- Boarding passes and trip documents stay with the trip, and go into Apple Wallet.
The honest framing
Fyxer makes your inbox faster. Yuki tries to make part of your inbox unnecessary. Those are not the same claim and neither one beats the other on its own terms — a flight confirmation does not need a well-drafted reply, it needs to be on your calendar with the seat number, and a client asking for a revised quote does not need to become a calendar event, it needs an answer that sounds like you.
So the split is straightforward. If your day is replying, and your mail is work mail on Gmail or Outlook, Fyxer is the better buy today and its drafting is the reason. If what is drowning you is the other half — the bookings, the renewals, the receipts, the birthdays, the who-owes-what after the weekend — that is what Yuki was built for, at a price a person rather than a company pays.
