👥Groups
Life isn't always solo.
Nine kinds of shared space, each shaped for what it is actually for — not one generic “shared folder”. Shared tasks and lists, expense splitting with settle-up, polls for the decisions nobody wants to chase, and stats on what the group is really doing.
“Who can host dinner Friday?”
Yuki asks the group and tallies it.

Questions
What people ask about Yuki.
The short answers. Every one of them says where a capability is still on its way.
What is Yuki?
Yuki is an AI assistant and planner that handles everyday life. It connects to your email, calendar, money and travel, and turns the confirmations, receipts, bills and invites already in your inbox into a live calendar, trips, expenses, tasks and shared plans. It takes care of things with your OK: before Yuki acts outside the app it shows you an approval card, everything it does is listed in Activity, and most actions can be undone for 30 days. Yuki is made by YukiSoftware OÜ in Tallinn, Estonia. For customers in the EU, Yuki processes your email and runs its AI in the EU, on Google Vertex AI; the few services that may handle some data elsewhere are named in the Privacy Policy. It is free to start on iOS, Android and the web.
How is Yuki different from ChatGPT or another AI assistant?
A general assistant starts from a blank box. Yuki starts from your actual life: it already knows your flight leaves at 08:20, that your hotel is booked, that Spotify renews tomorrow and who you split the rent with. So it answers about you rather than in general — and it acts on your real calendar, trips and money instead of describing what you could do.
Can Yuki actually do things, or just tell me about them?
Today Yuki helps organize tasks, events, money and trips; Pro adds automatic Gmail sync and approved reply drafts. Agent is coming soon for new customers. Agent includes all Free and Pro features, plus planned watchers, agentic shopping and payments, flight and hotel booking, automatic flight check-in, read-only open banking connections, browser assistance, bill payments and mobile recharges, and travel eSIMs. Supported subscription cancellation is also planned, with manual sign-in and explicit final approval. Review bookings and payments before they are submitted. Automatic buying is a later, separately controlled phase—not enabled by joining the list. First rollout is planned for the US, Eurozone and India. Features vary by country and provider; joining the notification list does not guarantee access or a launch date. Existing authorized Agent access is preserved.
Will Yuki do things without asking me?
No, unless you explicitly allow it for something specific and time-limited. Every consequential action — sending an email, making a booking, spending money — produces an approval card first, built from the action rather than from what the model says about it. High-risk actions ask whatever else you have switched on, and everything Yuki does is recorded in an activity log you can undo from.
Does Yuki train AI on my data?
No. Yuki does not train any model on your data — that is a commitment, not a setting you have to find. For customers in the EU, Yuki processes your email and runs its AI in the EU, on Google Vertex AI, and the few services that may handle some data elsewhere are named in the Privacy Policy; Yuki passed an independent CASA Tier 2 security assessment in March 2026, and you can export or delete everything.
Does Yuki work for couples and families?
Yes, and it is built for it rather than retrofitted. Yuki has nine kinds of shared group — couples, family, co-parenting, flatmates, friends, trips, household, a fitness challenge and custom — each with shared tasks, expense splitting with settle-up, groceries, a shared calendar and polls. Everyone keeps a private account and chooses what to share.
What does Yuki cost?
Yuki is free on iOS, Android and the web, with a 30-day Pro trial and no card required. Pro is , and adds inbox sync, unlimited groups, trips and travel documents, and a higher AI allowance. An Agent tier for the acting features is coming.
Which email providers does Yuki support?
Gmail today. Outlook is coming soon. You connect your inbox once and Yuki organizes what arrives — there is nothing to forward and nothing to copy and paste.
