Yuki vs Doodle

Doodle is one of the best-known tools for finding a date that works for a group, and it also offers booking pages. Yuki is one app for your whole day — calendar, tasks, email, money, trips and groups — with polls and booking links built in. Here is a fair side-by-side, including where Doodle is ahead.

A shared family group in Yuki: members, what is due this week and quick ways to add an expense, a task, a list item or a poll
Last reviewed: 29 September 2026. Doodle plan details are from Doodle's own help centre as of September 2026. Features and plans change — check each vendor's site for the current details. Doodle is a trademark of its owner; it is named here only to compare products.

The one-line version

Doodle is a dedicated scheduling tool: polls to find a date, and booking pages for appointments. Yuki is a personal app for your whole day with polls and booking links built in, so a poll result or a booking ends up next to everything else you're keeping track of.

Side by side

A “—” means not applicable or not something we can confirm — not that the product lacks it.

Where Doodle is stronger

  • Scheduling is its whole focus, and it has been refined for that job over many years.
  • More formats: 1:1s and sign-up sheets as well as group polls and booking pages.
  • It is used by teams and organisations, with plans and branding for them. Yuki is a personal app and has no team plans.
  • It connects to the main calendar and video-meeting tools, including Microsoft Outlook, which Yuki's scheduling features do not support yet.
  • On Doodle Professional, it can send calendar invites to everyone once a date is picked. In Yuki you close the poll and add the event yourself.

Where Yuki is different

  • An all-in-one assistant: calendar, tasks, email, money, trips and shared groups, with polls and booking in the same app rather than a separate tool.
  • One poll can mix dates & times, text options and a comment box, and you choose names or anonymous and when results show.
  • Polls for your Yuki groups too — family, flatmates, a trip — voted on in the app.
  • Booking links where your events and timed tasks count as busy, and bookings land in your Yuki calendar.
  • Your calendar also fills itself: Yuki turns confirmations in your Gmail into events, trips and expenses, and its AI answers from your own plans.
  • No ads, and EU customers' data is stored in the EU. Yuki trains no AI model on your data.

Which to choose

If you schedule for a team or an organisation, want your own branding, or rely on Outlook and video-meeting integrations, Doodle is built for that. If you want polls and booking links in the same app as the rest of your life — with your calendar, tasks and email beside them — Yuki is built for that.

Make your own poll — free. Yuki is free on iOS, Android and the web.

Frequently asked questions

Does Yuki have Doodle-style polls?
Yes. Share a yukihq.com/poll link and anyone votes on the web without an account. Date and time options are answered Yes, If need be or No, and a poll can also hold text options and a comment box. Inside Yuki groups, members can vote on group polls in the app.
Do people need an account to vote?
Not in either. Doodle participants respond from the poll link, and Yuki voters vote in their browser without an account. The person creating a Yuki poll needs a Yuki account.
Where is Doodle stronger than Yuki?
Doodle is established and focused on scheduling. It offers group polls, booking pages, 1:1s and sign-up sheets; plans for teams and organisations; custom branding; and connections to the main calendar and video-meeting tools, including Microsoft Outlook. On Doodle Professional it can send calendar invites to participants in one go, which Yuki's polls do not do.
Why would I choose Yuki instead?
If you want scheduling to be part of the app you already run your day in. Yuki keeps your calendar, tasks, email, money, trips and shared groups together, with polls and booking links built in and an AI assistant that answers from your own plans. Yuki shows no ads. For EU customers, their data is stored in the EU.
How do the free plans compare?
According to Doodle's help centre in September 2026, Doodle Free includes group polls with up to 10 time slots each, one booking page and one 1:1, and shows ads to you and your participants; Doodle Professional removes the ads. Yuki's Free plan includes up to 3 open public polls, group polls and one active booking link, with no ads. Plans change — check each vendor's site for current details.
How do the prices compare?
We do not list Doodle's prices here, because plans and prices change — check doodle.com for current ones. Yuki has a free plan, and Pro prices for every region are on yukihq.com/pricing.
